A word about terminology: Marriage counseling, Couples therapy, and Relationship coaching are used interchangeably throughout this website. Most often, I'll use "couples counseling" as a catch-all term for relationships in all forms and phases, whether dating, married, separated, or more than two.
Similarly, there is more overlap than difference between counseling, therapy, and coaching. Even teaching and mentoring are a part of what I do. Once again, throughout this website, "couples counseling" is referring to a blend of these approaches tailored to the specific needs of your relationship.

What’s happening in your relationship?
- Are you overwhelmed, frustrated, demoralized, afraid, fed-up, worried, unsure, or feeling hopeless about your relationship?
- Have you stopped talking about things or does everything turn into a fight? Do you feel alone even when you are together?
- Perhaps you are concerned about your own feelings and behavior. Maybe all of this is true.
You are not alone, but turning things around requires qualified help…
Whether the growing distance, the tension, and the arguments are about money, sex, a lack of communication, the kids, or broken promises, people often find themselves stuck, even trapped in painful dynamics and situations.
I offer practical and lasting help for people who are suffering with these kinds of problems.
